Phase III Birch Coppice Tamworth for IM Properties
A new 500,000 sq ft development comprising two units accessed via a new road crossing a valley and culverted stream adjacent to the A5/M42 junction. The design works have involved ground modelling process and redistribution of circa 120,000 cu m of soil to form competent bearing plateaus to accommodate the new manufacturing/distribution units. This has been done with the ability to accommodate a further 100,000sq ft unit which is subject to planning.
