RESIDENTIAL AND OFFICES
The practice has been involved with a number residential and offices buildings from small refurbishments, extensions up to new build, with values ranging from a few thousand pounds up to multi million pound developments.
Due to the civil engineering experience of the Practice, many developments have been successfully completed on inferior sites, involving economical sub-structure designs. We strive to use eco friendly and sustainable solutions and again listed are projects we have been involved in and their related BREEAM grading.
We strive to provide economic and viable solutions for whatever size of project by working closely with the client, consultants and contractors from the inception of a project through to its completion. The work produced is of a high quality and this is reflected by the fact that we have a large amount of repeat business and our clients freely recommended our services to others.
